Nightclub owner J.P. Monroe
buys a 6 ft. sculpture entitled "The Pillar Of Souls" with the face of
Pinhead on it, demonically frozen in time and space.
In his nightclub while
admiring his sculpture, J.P. is bitten by a rat hiding in a hole in a puzzle box
mounted on the pillar. As his blood drops on the Pillar, Pinhead is released.
Now, he and his Cenobites are free to roam the Earth in a rampage of death and
destruction!
All that stands in his way is
TV reporter Joey Summerskill who has learned the secret that will send Pinhead
to hell forever!
